HSRN's Lecounte Conaway Passes
FULL STORY

The Heritage Sports Radio Network is mourning the loss of its Director of Communications, Lecounte Conaway.  Conaway, 61, passed away in his sleep Monday night while on the road for the network's coverage of the Florida Classic.  Conaway had served as the network's communications director for the past three and a half years, assisting in producing game broadcasts, publishing press releases and managing the company's website, HSRN.com.

Funeral arrangements are set for Friday, December 2, at 11:00 am at Noble Street Baptist Church, 100 Noble Street, Portsmouth, VA 23702-1060, phone (757) 399-1889.
 
"Win It For Willie" Fund Set Up to Help Va. Intermont SID

180 Student-Athletes Named Academic All-State

NORFOLK, Va. -- The University of Virginia won .660 percent of its intercollegiate athletic contests in 2010-11 to win the 33rd annual VaSID University Division All-Sport championship. This is the Cavaliers 13th overall title, fourth straight and sixth in the last eight years.

Roanoke's Tuma, Pilat Headline Men's Lacrosse Team
